Link table through a ODBC datasource - Could not find the Object error

When I am trying to link the Sybase DB objects, some times getting an
error Could not find the Object error no : 3011 . I have tested my
ODBC connection it is working perfect (using ODBC test).

MS Access 2010 (32 bit)
ODBC driver Sybase ASE Client 15.5 ( ver 03.51)
This behavior is showing random, different MS Access apps different DB
schemas are showing error as Object not found.
All this happening only when connecting to Sybase 12.5 not in Sybase
15.0.2 ( in Sybase 15 it is working fine)
