BCP Error?

I have a shell script that has 2 bcp's into 2 different
tables. The first table will bcp in just fine but I recieve
this error on the second one. 240805 rows copied. Can anyone
tell me what this means?

Unfortunatly today I came accross the same error while
running bcp in from one UNIX server.
running bcp in from one UNIX server.
I googled alot for the solution but could not find one.
So I decided to run the same bcp from other UNIX server and
it worked.
thinking that i might be becoz of the version of bcp utility
on that server.
