online database failed after loading a ASE 12.5 dump to 15.0.3

Dear Sybase Gurus,

I was loading a ASE 12.5 dump files to a ASE 15.0.3, load database was
completed, but when I issue the "online database XXXX", the following
warning thrown in error log:

750 while doing the extents accounting for OAM page 16753083, object

the above warning filled up the space quickly, I have to shutdown and
restart the ASE 15,
and the database can't be online...

Doesn't anyone encounter this error before? could you please shed me
some lights? thanks!!!
