Required SQL Code Change When Migrating to ASE 15

Hi,

I would like to hear from anyone who had migrated from ASE
12.5.1 to ASE 15.0.3, on how to manage the issue "Fetching
from a cursor while modifying the underlying tables".
Internally, the DBAs discussed this issue and decided not to
put "insensitive" on all cursors. However, we would like to
hear if there are complaints by the developers or users who
noticed this behavior change and complained that the output
is not going to be the same that affect their work.

Any comments or suggestions are welcome.
