Hi all,
Because of a network problem, Some processes in ASE server stayed in the
command "MAINTENANCE TOKEN", Those connections have either suid value of
zero(as they were internal processes) or the user's original suid trying to
estabilish these connections. I was just wondering if I could kill this
connections without bouncing the server because they lead high cpu
utlization.
Regards,

I don't know if you could kill them, but are the isql processes
still active ? If so, I'd kill those. Are there still sybmultbuf
processes running ? I'd kill those as well.
It's possible that the ASE processes then disappear as well.

Luc.

Hi,
I have already tried to kill them, but it is not possible. I read lots of
document related to this topic on the official web site of Sybase but I
could not find any clue except bouncing the server from those documents.
