What is "Warning: Row size could exceed row size limit, which is 1964 bytes"

When we create some procedures we are getting this error "Warning: Row size
could exceed row size limit, which is 1964 bytes", What does it mean ?

You probbaly have a table with multiple varchars and if you were to store
values on all of them with their max size, you would exceed the max row size
allowed.

As it says... A row could exceed the size of the page - caused because of
multiple varchar columns (They only consume as much space as required but
you can quite happily define enough of them to bust the page size if you put
too much data in them...)
