Kevin is right that this isn't a Sybase ASE specific issue but more of a web
programming issue. Basically, for long running processes, you will want to put
it in the background and have your users (web browsers) periodically ping it so
they don't time out.
Randal Schwartz wrote about this a few years back. Although the example code is
perl CGI, it is pretty straight forward.

Sorry my fault for not being more clear:
we want to have ASE if possible killing this connection/queries since
the web users are already gone and are never coming back for results,I
was looking something like a "login timeout " param for specific user,
we are using pool connections for the webserver.

There is no login timeout parameter as such.
There is an sp__idlereap (I think that's the name) proc that is floating
around (original by David Wein, some mods by Rob Vershoor - check Rob's
web site), but this may not work if the spids are still active (i.e.
running queries.) So you may need to consider the resource governor, or
some other programatic way of determining that a connection has been
orphaned at the web server side.
