DWB and APT under linux

Could someone tell me if DWB and APT exist under linux ?

I have an APT application running under SYBASE 10 on solaris 2.5.1, I
want to move that application under LINUX.

I have successfully installed ASE 11.9.2 for Linux but I hav'nt the
binaries APT and DWB.

If a could not find those binaries, Is there another way to run APT
application under Linux ?
