Is APT 5.2.2 is Y2K compliant???

In our organisation we are using following Sybase products :

1. Adaptive Server Enterprise/11.9.2/1031/Sun_svr4/OS 5.5.1/FBO

and

2. APT Workbench/5.2.2/P/Solaris/SunOS 5.1/1

I would like to know that is APT (above mentioned version) is Y2K
compliant or not? If APT is not Y2K compliant, then is there any patch
for making APT Y2K compliant?

We are also using SQL Anywhere and SQL Anywhere Studio along with Power
Builder 5.0 on Novell 4.1 server; Last month we upgraded to Novell 5.0
server, but the SQL Anywhere is not working on Novell 5.0 Can you tell
me why?
