We compiled an pbl file originally done in ver 6.0 , now I am doing it under ver 7.0 and I get this error SQLSTATE=37000 - need help urgent

Compiled a Power Builder pbl file originally done in ver 6.0 , now I do it
under ver 7.0 I get this error SQLSTATE=37000 . This also a upgrade of the
ODBC drivers from Microsoft to version 3.51 - need suggestions to what it
could be.
