WEB TIME-OUT. ( PB 11.0 and appeon 5.1)

We have application developed PB 11.0 and appeon 5.1

Myweb application Web session is supposed to time-out at 2
hours from its start. During the last three weeks of the
month of March, we have Web application is heavily used by
external customers. As a result, two issues arise during
this time:

1. Application cannot handle database errors commonly made
by users. These database errors cause the application to
shut down automatically disconnecting all customers using
Web Application at the time.
2. Application cannot provide a 2-hour time-out period. Many
users are timed out after only 20 minutes.

What I need to do any suggestion and solution??

Hi Jenny,

We think your timeout problem is caused by two things.
First, there are known issues with Appeon 5.1 for the
timeout and Appeon 5.1 is more than 3 years old. You need
to be using Appeon 6.2 build 97. Second, there are various
timeout settings including application timeout settings.
All of those settings need to be set correctly and be
consistent (not conflicting with each other).
