NOTICE FOR THE THIRTY SIX ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that the 36th Annual General Meeting of St. Xavier’s College (Calcutta) Alumni Association will be held on Sunday, 18th September, 2022 at 11.00 AM at the College Fr. Depelchin Auditorium with the following Agenda:

 

1.         Welcome Address by the Fr. President.

 

2.         Confirmation of Minutes of the 35st Annual General Meeting held on 25th September, 2021.

 

3.         To receive, consider and adopt the Secretary’s Report for the Year 2021 – 2022.

 

4.         To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Accounts of the Association for the Accounting year ended 31st March 2022.

 

5.         To Appoint Auditors for the Accounting Year 2022-2023.

 

6.         Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
