Need Greeters during SWUUSI Registration

Greetings, I am in charge of orientation this year at SWUUSI 2011 and I need help.   I need to have some greeters who are familiar with SWUUSI and Western Hills Resort during the registration time 4:00 to 8:00pm on Sunday July 24, 2011.   At least between 4:00 and 4:00pm, I will only need you for a 2 hour stint.   What Greeters do you say?   You wear you name tag, greeter button, and/or ASK ME Button. Then you will either position yourself in the lodge lobby or maybe in registration and assist people coming in with directions, let em know were registration and orientation are, about the Open Ceremony, Banner Parade, General SWUUSI Schedule, and/ or just sit for a few minutes and tell them about what a wonderful time they are going to have a SWUUSI 2011.  Make them feel Welcome! Simple. If you have a few hours to spare and feel up to the task respond to my email arja...@sbcglobal.net, call me at home (501) 225-2891 before Sunday, or my cell (501) 680-2871.   If you don't reach me well just come and find me in the registration area after 3:30pm at Western Hills Resort and I will sign you up.   I will be moving onto Orientation around 4:00 p.m. which is in the Council next to the Lobby and Restaurant.   Registration is in SEQUOYAH HALL EAST and goes from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, Orientation is at 4:30 pm, and Opening Ceremony starts at 8:15 pm in SEQUOYAH HALL.
