We have lots of social action projects lined up for this week. For our outdoor projects, you may want to bring work gloves, sunscreen, shoes you don't mind getting dirty or wet, and a shovel or rake if you can. Some of our afternoon projects in the lodge require fabric and sewing machines. We will be making pillowcases for the elderly, small quilts for children with HIV, and neck coolers for our soldiers in the Middle East. If you want to bring fabric, 100% cotton in bright colors is preferred. Never fear, if you aren't interested in sewing, there are other projects available.
