SWUUSI is coming! Don't forget...

Hello to all SWUUSI 2010 attendees! SWUUSI is a short two weeks away, if you can believe it!
We are so excited to have all of you coming to go Swimming in the Deep End with us August 1-6!
As you prepare to make the wonderful trip to Western Hills, there are a few things we wanted to remind you of and let you know:
- Originally we planned to have a cluster dinner. We will NOT be having this meal, but we will be having a cluster meet-and-greet Sunday evening. When you arrive at registration, you receive an identifier on you name tag for your cluster. This identifier will allow you to group with your cluster members Sunday evening and find other members of your cluster throughout the week.
- Sunday evening we will have a Banner parade. If you have a banner from your congregation, please bring it for the parade. Banners will be hung and displayed throughout the week.
- Kathy Charles will be coordinating a biking group for each early morning. Please bring your bikes with you. Additional details will be announced.
- Moonlight Cruise is by reservation and prepaid. Contact Connie Nolen if you did not sign up and wish to participate.
- The dance this year (Tuesday evening) will be 80s themed. Bring your 80s attire!
- This year’s Bookstore will feature books associated with the theme speakers, workshop leaders, etc. We hope you will plan to pick up a few of your faves!
- If you have a craft or merchandise to sell, as an individual or a congregation, look for a detailed email to this group from Rachel Finley, Bazaar Manager, in the next day or so!
- Other things to bring:
§ Binoculars/field guides for bird watching
§ Flashlights for night walking or if planning to go on Moonlight Hike
§ Instruments and drums for campfire and casual get-togethers
§ Lawn chairs or blankets for outdoor movie, campfire, sunset talks, etc.
§ Board games to share
§ Props for talent show act
§ Drinking bottle – support your seventh principle!
§ Bathing suit, sunscreen, bug spray
