Howdy SWUUSI attendees!

 

It’s almost time! Just a few more days until SWUUSI begins.

 

Attached is the daily schedule. You will receive a full schedule with workshop locations when you register.

I previously sent out a few reminders. I have attached that email for those who didn’t register until after that or if you need to see them again. Additionally here are a few more:

 

·         Pre-registration is closed. However there are still lodging rooms available and people may register onsite. Tell your friends!

·         If you have children or youth in programming, remember your consent forms.  Also please be aware that we are in great need of help in the classrooms so please think on when you may be able to help in the classroom, fill that section in on your consent forms and tell the Program Coordinators when you arrive at registration.

·         Don’t forget to bring water for the opening ceremony from home.

·         We need help volunteer staffing carnival games between 4:30 and 7:30, especially face/hair painters. But most games are No Experience Necessary! Contact Melanie Constantinides at mela...@mailhaven.com or find her Sunday to offer your help.

·         The carnival during the registration and meal time is going to be great fun.  A flyer is attached here to give you the taste of the fun to be.

·         Please note that the Standing on the Side of Love workshop, AM3 has been canceled.

·         Also, one of the Mixed Bag workshops, PM12 which was previously a 3 day workshop, is now two days only.
