Hello SWUUSI 2011 Campers! This year’s early morning Water Aerobics activity has lost it’s leader. If you, or someone you know, would like to lead this or a similar exercise activity Mon - Thurs from 6:30 – 7:30 am, please contact Social Director, Melanie Constantinides @ mela...@mailhaven.com. A registration waiver equal to the cost of adult registration ($140.00) is offered in exchange for this service.

Volunteer Carnival Assistance: Would you or a group from your church like to sponsor a game booth or activity for the SWUUSI carnival on opening day? This would be a fun family, couple, or church group undertaking. Choose from one of the provided games or activities below, or make up something new where you determine the rules and prepare the necessary props. Prizes will be provided. All persons and ideas welcome! It would be nice if the game was based on the camp threme, “The Once and Future Church,” but not necessary. Just send your preference or idea to Social Director Melanie Constantinides (mela...@mailhaven.com), so she can coordinate the space. And we’ll see you on Sunday, July 24th ready to share some fun! 

Prepared Games:

Duck Pond - Scoop a duck out of a pool for a prize! FILLED
Card Shark Darts  - Three throws to pin 21 or under! 
Face/Hair Painting 
Treasure Drop- Land coins into the treasure chest and win!!!
Bank-A-Ball - Try to bank a ball into a basket. Not as easy as it sounds!!
Ping-Pong Jars – Hit ping-pong balls into a sea of jars. Land one and you win!!!
District Church Membership Race – Roll the die to race your membership level to the top!
Bandana Nab – Grab a special bandana out of someone’s pocket and bring it back for a prize. 
Horseshoe Throw - Get a ringer and win a prize!! 
Water Balloons– Launch at a SWUUSI staff (or other willing volunteer target)! 
Guess How Many – Guess how many candies/other items are in the jar and win them or a prize!  

We are also still on the look out for Office Staff Positions.  These positions are typically people that work one (1) shift per day at the SWUUSI Marketplace (formerly the Bookstore & Bazaar) as well as other duties assigned, & would receive a registration waiver for 1/2 the cost of adult registration ($70.00) per position.  Willing & able to work 2 shifts a day?  Double the shifts, double the waiver!
