General Responsibility: One person is needed. Covering office during SWUUSI, helping with registration, covering a shift (or 2) in the Bookstore/Bazaar, and additional administrative duties as assigned by the Communications and Marketing Director.

Talent Show Coordinator :
(Occurs Wednesday evening in two parts, from 6-7:30 pm and 9-10:30 pm. Multi-generational.)
General Responsibility: Recruit participants, coordinate practice times, show schedule, equipment needs, participants and M-C the show. Keep Social Director informed as to progress. (The talent show occurs Wednesday evening in two parts, from 6-7:30 pm and 9-10:30 pm. This year, it will be multi-generational.
Duties: Circulate sign-up sheet for show and practice times; “talk up” the show. Facilitate each rehearsal. Coordinate with AV staff regarding any special needs of participants. Circulate performance schedule to participants. MC the shows on Wednesday evening (or find someone to do that).

Bonfire Manager:
(The fire will be mainly for adults, as it will begin at 10:30 or so in the evening and go until about midnight, Mon – Thurs). It will be a chance for folks to sit around and chat, play instruments, and sing.)
General Responsibility: Oversee fire each evening.
Duties: See that fire is started and put out each evening at the approved location. The manager would ideally want to participate in the gathering and do any necessary facilitating.
