Delta Downloader Retries

Team,
The Surricatta daemon and the Downloader both have a configurable number of retries. I haven't found a way to configure retries for the delta downloader handler. How do I increase the allowable retries for the delta downloader?

Hi Caleb,
It is currently unsupported, the delta downloader has a fixed number of
retries set to 5 (from header).
