[PATCH v1 1/1] build: add pkg-config metadata for libswupdate

Install a pkg-config file for the public libswupdate IPC client
library. This lets external projects discover the installed include and
library paths via pkg-config instead of hard-coding SWUpdate's install
layout.

Generate swupdate.pc from a small template so PREFIX, EXEC_PREFIX,
LIBDIR and INCLUDEDIR overrides are reflected in the installed file.
Also add PKGCONFIGDIR and clean the generated file like other build
artifacts.
