[PATCH V3] Add OpenSSL License Exception

[Stefano Babic]

The openSSL exception was already introduced at the beginning of the
project but later removed in commit b6c0adbc545675bab.

This commits reintroduces formally the exception to ensure the users to
be allowed by copyright holder to link the project with openSSL library.

Hi Stefano,

Thank you for taking care of this! One addition: Could you also mention the exception in the "License" section in the project README? E.g.:

"SWUpdate is released under GPLv2 with a generic OpenSSL exception. [...] License information for any file is either explicitly stated or defaults to GPL version 2.0. Regardless of license notices in individual files, the GPLv2 with generic OpenSSL exception is valid for the project as a whole."

Otherwise, a contradiction remains between default license of the project and the default license for files.
