Pkcs11: Small decrypted files are empty

Hi,

I back port swupdate 2026.05.1+dfsg-1 to Bullseye. Our update has files with only 6 bytes (version string). After decryption with pkcs11 these files are empty. Bigger files are working. Same swu files are working with swupdate 2023.05+dfsg-3.
