PaperClips is pure Java, so the answer depends on whether SWT on 64-bit Windows prints properly. My suspicion is that it will work fine--SWT is better supported on Windows than on any other platform.
Just a heads up, make sure you use the correct SWT library (32- or 64-bit) to match the JVM you are using.
