While it's been said that staff can't be made, what about appointing
judges, this would give players someone to direct plot and theme
questions to, guests would see someone on the staff list (if it's
possible to stick people on there without giving them staff powers),
and have no affect on the code? I'm not sure it'd work, but I thought
it was worth mentioning at least.
