New issue 651 by BensImag...@gmail.com: Delete tempo marker and preserve
position and length of selected items (including MIDI events) error
http://code.google.com/p/sws-extension/issues/detail?id=651

When deleting tempo markers with the new action "Delete tempo marker and
preserve position and length of selected items (including MIDI events)"
the Midi gets distorted (lots of missing notes.)

I've attached before and after pictures when running the action. It's not
just a visual glitch; going inside the Midi Editor shows the same missing
notes.

SWS version 2.4.0 Build #9
Reaper v4.7pre13/x64

Sure. I've attached it here. One thing I've noticed is that when the Midi
gets distorted, as in it image above, trying to undo the operation doesn't
return the Midi back to it's original state in most cases.

That partial measure maker at bar 22 appears to be the problem. Will look
into it, thanks.
