Staubli TX60 support

Dear ROS Industrial,

If I understand it correctly, the Staubli package (http://wiki.ros.org/staubli)
provides enough information for simulation in Gazebo,
but does not have drivers to also control the real robot.
Would you know if anyone have drivers for this beast?

Hi Bob,

I have been developing a ROS-Industrial driver for the Staubli CS8 controller implemented in VAL3, which should work with your 6-axis TX60.

I haven't opened a pull request on https://github.com/ros-industrial/staubli_experimental/ yet because there are some issues/improvements I would like to address before I do that.

You can find the ROS-I VAL3 driver in the forked repository below, branch `val3_server-devel`:

I would really appreciate any feedback related to bugs you may find, or suggestions for further improvement.
