What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open cheat-sheet for creating simple project
2. Click on the perform

New PDE plugin wizard is started which was ok in the past, however now we
have a new way to
directly start a WSDL and Sample projects wizard without triggering PDE and
template selections.

changed command id and parameters for creating simple project and for
creating
project from wsdl as well as import project from wsdl
