The IEEE MCSoC Forum is a leading global event for embedded systems and IC design. The 19th IEEE MCSoC 2026 will be held in Shanghai, December 14–17, 2026, focusing on advances in multicore/manycore systems, embedded AI, and machine learning. Sponsored by IEEE and the IEEE Computer Society TCMM, the symposium features keynotes, special sessions, and 19 technical tracks spanning architectures, design methodologies, NoCs, neuromorphic systems, and chiplet-based integration. With a strong international legacy, MCSoC 2026 continues to foster collaboration across academia, industry, and government through a hybrid format.
***Proceedings Publication and Indexing
The conference proceedings, including all technical tracks, special tracks, special sessions, and workshop papers, will be published by IEEE Conference Proceedings, which will be included in the Computer Society Digital Library CSDL and IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. All CPS conference publications are also submitted for indexing to EI’s Engineering Information Index, Compendex, ISI Thomson’s Scientific and Tech. Pro. Scopus, ISTP/ISI Proceedings.
