indexing services.

- Workshop abstract submission due: August 24, 2018 (extended)
- Workshop paper submission due: August 29, 2018 (extended)
- Workshop paper notification: October 1, 2018
- Final paper submission due: October 18, 2018

[Submission Instruction] For the fairness of review process,
paperswill be selected by double blind review using EasyChair. Please

[Special Issue] We plan to publish extended versions of selected
papers from CANDAR main symposium and workshops in IEICE Transactions
on Information and Systems and in International Journal of Networking
and Computing.
