R-CCS 計算科学インターンシップ・プログラム 2025
計算科学研究センターでは国内在住の大学生（博士課程・修士課程・学部在籍者）、高専生（専攻科生）のみなさんを対象に、インターンの受入を実施いたします。
本プログラムは将来のHPC(高性能計算技術)および計算科学を担う人材育成事業として、計算科学研究センターの研究チーム・ユニット等での実習・体験を通じて、計算科学技術への理解を深め、最先端の計算科学の研究開発に従事する人材の育成を目指します。
【受入期間】2025年7月23日～2025年12月25日の間で、学生および当該学生の希望する研究チーム等双方において合意した期間
（概ね2週間～1ヶ月程度））
※但し、受入先と事前協議の上、更に最大2ヶ月まで延長が可能
【開催】神戸、東京（Wahibチームのみ)
【対象者】以下のいずれかを満たす国内在住の大学生（博士課程・修士課程・学部在籍者）、高専生（専攻科１、２年生）
- 所属機関長又は委任を受けた者の公式な依頼状等が得られる大学等の学生であること
- （学部生のみ）修士課程相当の学力を有し指導教官の推薦状を得られるもの
【定員】最大30名
【諸費用・手当】実習手当の支給あり。

【申込期限】
- 第1期 2025年5月19日（月）正午締切厳守
実習開始は7月23日（水）～8月22日（金）まで（留学生は8月19日（火）～9月26日（金）まで） - 第2期 2025年7月 1日（火）正午締切厳守
実習開始は8月26日（火）以降（留学生は9月30日（火）以降）で、2025年12月25日までに実習を終える必要があります。 - 第3期 1期・2期の応募数・採用数によって追加募集あるいは随時募集を検討

2025 RIKEN R-CCS HPC Computational Science Internship Program
The RIKEN Center for Computational Science (R-CCS) offers an internship program targeting graduate , undergraduate , and technical college “KOSEN” students (above 4th year) residing in Japan, which is outlined as follows.
As a project that fosters researchers dedicated to HPC (High Performance Computer) technology and computational science, this internship program aims to deepen interns’ understanding of R&D in leading-edge computational science and technology by providing them with an opportunity to work in R-CCS research teams/units.
【Internship period】
Applicants and hosting research teams/units may set appropriate periods by mutual agreement for a duration of 2 weeks to 1 month between July 23, 2025 and December 25, 2025.
Note: Upon prior consultation with the host team/unit, the internship may be extended for another 2 months at most.
【Qualifications】
Graduate , undergraduate , and technical college “KOSEN” students (above 4th year) who reside in Japan and meet one of the following criteria :
- Applicants must belong to universities/KOSEN whose head or other authorized person can issue a formal letter of request on behalf of applicants.
- Undergraduate students must have academic knowledge equivalent to master's degree and a letter of recommendation from their academic supervisor.

Internship starts from Wednesday, July 23 to Friday, Aug 22 （from Tuesday, August 19 to Friday, September 26 for international students） - Term 2:【Application deadline】Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at noon
Internship starts after Tuesday, August 26 (after Tuesday, September 30 for international students), and it is necessary to terminate the internship by Thursday, December 25, 2025. - Term 3: Depending on the number of applications and positions filled in the first and second terms, we will consider additional application periods or accept applications on an as-needed basis.
【Expenses and allowance】Internship allowance will be paid.
