本募集は、主に関西圏の 学生・高専生を対象にしたSCA/HPCAsia 2026の学生スタッフ
Student Staff Program(SSP)の募集についてのご案内になります。 

国際会議運営の一端を担いながら、日当並びに無料で国際会議に参加できる特典がありますので、
関西圏の先生のみなさま、ぜひ、先生方の学生にご紹介ただけますと幸いに存じます。

募集概要

2026 年 1 月 26 日~29 日に大阪で SCA と HPC Asia 合同による SCA/HPCAsia 2026
(https://www.sca-hpcasia2026.jp/)が開催されます。SCA の日本での開催は今回が初めてと
なります。「Everything with HPC - AI, Cloud, QC and the Future Society」という統一テーマの
元,HPC のみならず,AI,クラウドコンピューティング,量子コンピューティング
(QC)に関連した様々な発表,展示が行われる予定です。アジア太平洋地域のみならず,
アメリカ,ヨーロッパからも含めて 2,000 名以上の参加が期待されています。

　Student Staff Program(SSP)は,主に関西圏の学生・高専生を対象として,国際会議の
運営に参加するとともに,SCA/HPCAsia 2026 を実際に聴講して,HPC,AI,クラウド,
QC の最先端の研究開発の実態に触れることができる貴重な機会を提供します。また,こ
れを契機に,将来の HPC,AI,クラウド,QC 及び関連分野の研究開発を担う人材の育成
につながることを期待しています。

募集概要：（詳細は募集要領参照）
開催場所: 大阪府立国際会議場(グランキューブ大阪)(大阪府大阪市北区中之島 5-3-51)
募集人員: 30 人程度を予定しています
業務内容: 講演会場における進行支援,会場案内支援
勤務時間: 1 月 26 日~29 日　各日の会議日程 08:30-18:00のうち 午前,午後のどちらか

日当、交通費(上限あり)、昼食を支給、SCA/HPCAsia 2026 Student Passを無料供与。

In Osaka, SCA and HPCAsia cooperate again and jointly host SCA/HPCAsia 2026
(https://www.sca-hpcasia2026.jp/). The collaborative and collective strength from two of Asia’ s
established conferences creates synergy among key HPC researchers, academics, technology
specialists and industry leaders from across the region and beyond. Under the title “Everything with
HPC - AI, Cloud, QC and the Future Society,” AI, cloud and QC communities along with
supercomputing community are invited to get together to create the future. More than 2,000
participants are expected, including not only those from the Asia-Pacific region but also from the
United States and Europe.
 The Student Staff Program (SSP) is aimed primarily at students and technical college students
in the Kansai region, and will provide them with a valuable opportunity to participate in the
operation of the international conference, as well as to attend SCA/HPCAsia 2026 and experience
cutting-edge research and development in HPC, AI, Cloud, and QC. We also hope that this will serve
as an opportunity to develop the talent that will take on future research and development in HPC, AI,
Cloud, QC, and related fields.

Recruitment Overview: (See the application guidelines for details)
Venue: Osaka International Convention Center (Grand Cube Osaka) (5-3-51 Nakanoshima, Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture)
Number of Participants: Approximately 30 people expected
Job Description: Assisting with the conference proceedings and venue guidance
Working hours: January 26th to 29th, meeting schedule for each day: 08:30-18:00, either morning or afternoon

A daily allowance, transportation expenses (subject to a cap), and lunch will be provided. A free SCA/HPCAsia 2026 Student Pass will also be provided.
