18th IEEE MCSoC 2025 – Special Issue Opportunity in IEEE Computer

We are pleased to announce that authors of selected accepted papers at the 18th IEEE MCSoC 2025 (Dec. 15–18, Singapore) will be invited to submit an extended version for possible publication in the upcoming Special Issue on Convergence in Neuromorphic Systems: From Circuit Innovation to Adaptive Cognition in IEEE Computer Magazine, 2026.
Invitations will be issued based on the relevance and quality of the technical results presented, the timeliness of the contribution, the outcome of the review process, and the recommendations of the Review Committee.
The paper submission deadline for the 18th IEEE MCSoC 2025 is October 15, 2025. We encourage all prospective authors to finalize and submit their manuscripts by this date.
