The SCA/HPCAsia Conference - 2nd Call for BoFs is now open!
This second call is aimed at colleagues with streamlined travel approval processes and those with cool / last-minute ideas (during SC’25). Please keep this in mind when discussing with friends and collaborators over the next few weeks, including during the event in St. Louis.

- BoF Sessions: Jan. 27 – 29, 2026
AREAS OF INTEREST
We invite our fellow HPC community to submit Birds of a Feather (BoF) proposals to present, discuss, and brainstorm the latest advancements in supercomputing and adjunct topic areas. The BoF sessions should be non-commercial and focus on community building through interactive presentations and discussions. Before submitting, consider whether your proposed session fits this description, and whether there is a sizable group of people curious about the topic. Proposals should demonstrate a clear concept for the interactive nature of their BoF. BoF sessions are intended to cover all areas of interest as listed in the call for paper, i.e., topics related to HPC, AI, big data, cloud, data-centers, quantum computing, and large-scale modeling/simulations:

SUBMISSION & REVIEW PROCESS
Submitted BoF proposals will be reviewed by a dedicated BoFs Committee.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
SCA/HPCAsia 2026 is planned as an in-person conference in Osaka, Japan. By submitting a BoF proposal, the submitter agrees to host the BoF session at SCA/HPCAsia 2026 on-site in Osaka. BoF presenters need to be registered as SCA/HPCAsia participants. The SCA/HPCAsia organizers will provide meeting room facilities and basic technical equipment for the BoF sessions. Travel, accommodation, registration fees and other such costs will not be covered by the SCA/HPCAsia organizers.
