Summer training makes the winter skiing all the more fun! Below is a set of SWNSC Open group practices to get in those hills and strength work, which are much more fun as a group. It’s also a good way to make connections and find training partners for your run/bike/rollerski workouts.
Please come on out to join the group -

Strength and technique for running and injury prevention, led by Lynn Bjorklund.
Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm @ the Los Alamos community Park (19th St. & Nector St. across from the Tub).
Hill bounding - Bring your poles. Workout will include warmups, jog to the hill, hill bounding reps, return jog to park.
* Social Tub-time after is optional, but helpful in building camaraderie. :)
Wednesdays 5:30-7:00pm @ Western Area Park

Sanna has a fun and challenging circuit, all the more fun with friends!
OPEN PRACTICES: Open practices are open to all ages. They are announced on the club members and contacts email lists. Open practices will be adaptable to a variety of ability levels. While not a clinic per se, we are always happy to help folks learn. Please reach out if you are new to the group.
