What a great volunteer effort in getting the upper trails all cleaned up from the fallen (exploding) tree debris!  Things look so much better out there. I just hope some snow falls soon...

All that debris would have been a problem whether we have snow or not. I was able to go through there with the old Tidd groomer, so it's somewhat skiable  with the occasional bare patch.

I spent some time putting in a classic track loop in the outer meadow and the main meadow trails. It'll be good classic touring, perhaps with old, wider touring skis. It's more than a 2km loop, so it's pretty good.

There are a couple of ways you could access the best meadow trail skiing:

Either ski from Point B out and tip-toe through the short bare patches (you can also ski the upper trails), or hike the lower road with your stuff and put your skis on at Point N. It's it's pretty good skiing out in meadow.

Again, a big thanks to all you amazing volunteers!!! Hopefully we'll get the Holiday Miracle snowstorm and we'll be in business after that.

There were some parts missing from the snow track installation in the new Polaris. I'll hopefully get down there this week to pick it up.
