KOBTV on Camp May Rd. Mon 10:30am

Hi all, 

KOBTV folks who are wanting to do a story on xc skiing in our area leading up to winter Olympics coverage are saying they will meet 'us' on Camp May Road tomorrow at 10:30am for 'interviews'. I could not get them to provide much of an idea of what they are looking for or will do. 

They have some phone photos and videos from skiing, clinics, alley loop and some recent photos of club that I could round up (thanks for sending them to me!) but they really dont appear to have an idea of how/if they'll be using anything nor how they want their story to go.

I think it's probably a good bet that they will need some sort of commentary on how xc skiing is different from downhill and possibly some easy to understand points on classic vs skate and what you like about skiing in our area?? Perspectives from experienced skiers vs occsional skiers vs folks just getting into it and what you each enjoy about where you are with it. Maybe some specific things to our area like local events you'd want to share.

If anyone is available and willing to be up there especially in ski clothing, on skis and ready to say some stuff related to above, please let me know and be there at 10:30am tomorrow Monday.

I kind of have to come since they set it up through me, but between it being so last minute and during work, I'm not sure what we can provide for their story this way. I"ll be coming from work, will bring ski stuff with me but may not be getting there early enough to change.
