Open practice sessions this week

Hi All,

We have two practice sessions with the youth team that are open to everyone U14 and older. U12 athletes can come with a parent.

These sessions are

Tuesday: Hill bounding at 5:30pm. This week we have a NEW LOCATION: we’ll meet at the Cemetery to do some longer 4-6min intervals. Bring a headlight.

Wednesday: Agility at Western Area Park at 5:30pm. Bring a headlight.

Because of the holiday on Tuesday, we will do hill bounding earlier, in daylight. Let’s meet at 4pm at the Cemetery.

Wednesday agility is at 5:30pm at Western Area Park.

Hi All,

We have an easier training week with the youth team.

Tuesday: The hill bounding is at the downtown hill next to the Jewish Center. Meet at the Central Park (other side of the road from Bathtub brewery) at 5:30pm. Bring a headlight.

Wednesday: Agility at Western Area Park at 5:30pm. Focus on quick feet and mobility. Bring a headlight.

Hi All,

Our youth team is traveling for a ski camp.

There will be no coaches at practices this week.

But feel free to do hill bounding on Tuesday meeting at 5:30pm at the Central Park.

And agility/jumps on Wednesday at 5:30pm at the Western Area Park.

Our trails got at good 6in of snow last night. The ski conditions were pretty good today for classic touring.

Hope you can make it up there when the road is open and there is enough snow to enjoy skiing. The snow is a bit thin in some corners and sunny spots, but today it was skiable all the way to Canada Bonita. Thank you our groomers!!!
