Short notice ski clinic Sun Jan 12th 9am Camp May Rd.

Hi all, 

With the snow conditions/predictions as they are we gotta take advantage when we can! Based on earlier today (and thanks to Kevin and Clay's grooming this week!!) we are able to use the bit of new snow on top of what survived from Nov to ski on quite reasonably - not a huge space on Camp May but not glazed/icy and will definitely work for some fun skiing practice.

I will have some of our devo/younger skiers out at 11am, but will be happy to come up and ski with anyone who might want some instruction/skiing on Camp May Rd. 

I'll plan to be there at 9am. I'll have my skate and classic, so can do both.

There is no classic track set, but classic will work well.

Got a couple of RSVPs so will definitely be there at 9am for anyone else who didn't have a chance to RSVP but can come last minute and would like company.

Also, skiing up in the meadow is actually quite good skiing, again thanks to Kevin and Clay going out to groom with the bit of new snow last week. There is even a classic track up there. 

You will want to hike yourself and gear out to point N for continuous skiing or plan to take skis off a lot via upper trails to the meadow. Trail map is linked from our website here
