The Electronic Commerce group is part of the
Research Center's Software Technologies
Laboratory. The group helps ensure that Electronic
Commerce technologies are brought into use by Nokia
at the right time. We develop concepts and systems
for interactive services by utilizing new
multimedia technologies. Our emphasis is on
realizing new exciting opportunities brought-up by
digitalization, connectivity and mobility. We put
effort on both rapid prototyping and quality
software development.
The group is presently looking for new members to
join it's team as:
INTERNET APPLICATIONS EXPERTS and DEVELOPERS
As a successful applicant you should have
experience in some of the following areas:
- client-server architecture
- applications of Internet technology
- Internet security
- programming C, C++, Java
- relational databases and OO databases
- distributed computing
We are looking for people with a strong technical
background and a University degree. If you have
experience of successful software project
management, or have explored new technology or
business areas, such as intelligent agents and
their applications, remember to mention it in your
application. We expect you to be equally proficient
at design and implementation. As a successful
applicant you should have good communication
skills, be able to speak English and be a team
player.
