National Night Out Wrapup

If you were not able to join us for recognition of National Night Out, we missed you! We had a wonderful time and a great crowd!

It was fun to once again partner with Vestal Community Organization at Sam Duff park. It was a pleasure to meet with city staff and so many of our police officers - those that are on the South Knoxville beat as well as those on other beats.

We appreciate them taking time to come and let us show our appreciation for what they do for our community!

We also greatly appreciate Sam Tobea’s delicious contribution of chili and fixin’s… You can thank Sam by visiting Round Up Restaurant and Ice Cream Parlor for a scrumptious breakfast, lunch or dinner - corner of Lancaster and Sevierville Pike.

And a huge shout out to Leah Belcher with KUB Fiber for bringing the Smiley Swirl ice cream truck - that was a big hit and we appreciate not only the sweet treat, but also the opportunity to learn more about fiber service through KUB https://tinyurl.com/2knm6fys

SWNA neighbors, mark your calendar for our next neighborhood meeting on November 25th. We’ll be once again doing our poinsettia sale fundraiser and will send out information so you can pre-order your plants.

So sorry for the extra email BUT, I *almost* forgot to thank our wonderful planning committee without which we wouldn’t have had this event!!
