Knoxville Voters Invited to Meet the Candidates April 7

Date: Tuesday, April 7, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

KNOXVILLE, TN. — The South Knoxville Neighborhood & Business Coalition (SKNBC) will host Meet the Candidates on Tuesday, April 7, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at South High Senior Living, 835 Tipton Ave., Knoxville, TN 37920.

SKNBC is a coalition of representatives from neighborhoods across South Knoxville who meet together to serve the community and encourage civic engagement.

Candidates running for mayor, school board, financial offices, and judgeships will be present to meet residents, answer questions, and discuss the issues that matter most to South Knoxville.

The event gives neighbors an opportunity to connect directly with candidates, learn more about their priorities, ask questions, and voice their concerns ahead of the election.  It is intended for South Knox City/County residents to meet those that will be on their ballot. As such, not all candidates running for office in other districts have been invited.

Light refreshments will be served. Parking is free, and there is no admission charge. All are welcome.
