If you were planning to attend the CAC meeting tonight, there has been a change in location...

Begin forwarded message:

There has been a change in the location for the Monday Nov 17 CAC South Knoxville Resident Advisory meeting at 6p.  We are meeting at the Vestal United Methodist Church at 115 Ogle Avenue right next to the South Knoxville Community Center on Ogle Ave.  The City Parks & Recreation could not accommodate us for this evening meeting.

                                                      November 19 at 6p
Vestal United Methodist Church at 115 Ogle Ave

Deisha Finley with CAC will be with us to share exciting new information on CAC programs including the Homeless Prevent Programs and the new way for people to apply for LIHEAP Energy Assistance.  It is going to be exciting and interesting.

Bring your thoughts, questions, concerns and comments.  All South Knoxville residents located in Knox County are invited and encouraged to attend.  The meeting will last just an hour.  The people at the Vestal United Methodist Church know how to host a meeting with awesome snacks, goodies and hospitality.

Just to be clear, Vestal UMC 115 Ogle St is not “right next to” the South Knoxville Community Center(522 Maryville Pike)…

Tediously typed on tiny keyboard, y'all :)

I questioned that too, but,  believe it is the church that backs up to the Community Center.  Is on a different street.
Seveal people that I know have a conflicing meeting.  Hope someone will take notes and let the rest of us know the plans.
Thanks,
Sylvia
