Please find a message about a proposed subdivision for Locust Hill Road. If you’ve never driven up Locust Hill, take some time to go up and see the location that is proposed for this subdivision. Also, take a moment to read through the attached pdf.

If you can attend the meeting in support for the homeowners impacted by the development, that would be most helpful as well.

After several postponements, the hearing for housing being built between Locust Hill Rd and Chapman Highway is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 13 at 1:30. This proposed development (#7-SB-25-C) is for 7 houses in this heavily wooded area. Area residents have concerns about the development due to the steep and rocky woods and the addition of traffic on a narrow dead-end road that intersects with Chapman Hwy.
