What's Next Knoxville - this Tuesday

[Janice Tocher]

Greetings neighbors,

The reason last Wednesday’s What’s Next Knoxville date was changed was concern for the weather.

The new date is this Tuesday at the Urban Wilderness Gateway Park.

Come have your say on what you would like to see for Knoxville’s future!

============

From What’s Next Knoxville:

We spent the spring listening and learning what you love about the city, what you want to retain, and what you think should change.

Now, we’re asking, “HOW?”

At the input sessions, the project team will share a draft vision statement and goals and present options for how different priorities could shape the future of Knoxville.

There will be refreshments and activities for kids at each session.

If you are not able to attend in person, all activities will be available on the project website.

Anyone who completes a scorecard at an input session or takes the survey online will be entered to win a $50 Visa gift card!

The City of Knoxville and Knoxville-Knox County Planning are updating the City’s Comprehensive Plan - a long-range policy document that will guide decisions on land use, transportation, and investment priorities over the next 25 years.
