Message from the School Outreach Committee

Greetings neighbors,

I’m sending this on behalf of School Outreach Committee chair, Nancy Lindemer… NOTE: we will be collecting donations for the South Knoxville schools we support at our July 28th neighborhood meeting.

School supplies are now on sale at Kroger, Walmart and Target. Hope many of you will take advantage of this as we begin our drive for school supplies this year.

Especially welcome are Ticonderoga pencils (100 for $18), healthy snacks (wrapped), and laundry detergent pods.

The past couple of years the committee has assembled a treat basket for the teacher’s workroom. We usually include ink pens, snacks, small candy bars and would welcome your help.

We always include a note card from SWNA.
