CQCQCQ Field Day 2012

Field Day is this Saturday and Sunday. With set up being at 11am
Saturday and operations beginning at 1pm CDT. We will be operating all
modes this year and will have a GOTA station!

Power Source Solar will be providing the power for us once again! We
so appreciate their participation! It was a great success last year!

We have a Raffle again as a fund raiser and the prizes are exciting
this year! We will be live streaming the drawing so you do not have to
be present to win. However, we would love to have you there!!! Some of
the prizes include a 440 commercial radio preprogrammed!! A Beofang
HT, various dipoles, a 40 Meter kit! We will live stream the drawing
at 6pm! We will tease you with the prizes on live stream prior to the
drawing!!! ustream.tv and search for Steve Palmer ka0spm. We will
twitter and post the actual link when we are streaming!

We will be eating at 6pm following the drawing. This is a pot luck.
SMARC will be furnishing pulled pork and buns. Bring your favorite
dish and join us!!!! This worked so well last year we just had to
repeat it!!!

We will be demonstrating an active mesh network!
We will have an amateur radio scavenger hunt for the kids to introduce
them to amateur radio.
We will be operating all modes!!!

Talk in will be on the 146.91 repeater with pl tone of 162.2
