Transfer of Mohan

BVG has moved out Mohan to Kengeri inspite of requesting them not to do so. Mohan has aligned well to segregation, was trained & was himself trying to expand to other areas & apts but now that will come to a stand still. Hopefully the new manager also cooperates similarly.

BVG has also been reducing & moving workforce & vehicles which is severely impacting door to door collection. Any innovative solutions or suggestions to this crisis?

If I were u ... I"d start bugging the commissioner!! & bring in political pressure on whoever is trying to goof up locally.

Alongside, try to find a scientist who can put up a plant which takes in mixed waste, turns the wet  to bio gas & cough out clean dry waste !!!

The commissioner himself has changed and the new guy has very little context and is a soft and meek person (my assessment). The scientist's  work comes after the D2D waste collection (even if it is mixed waste). We are stuck with having a breakdown in door to door garbage collection services itself.

Anyway, lets see what best can be done in spite of all these constraints.
