I thought this data set on "Interest rate on securities" is pretty
cool: interest rates from 1976 to 2006 from 4 types of securities. But
the dates part is unusuable. It's in a YYYY-MM format. Here's the link
to the data.

Michael,

I'll add this format to the list. In the mean time, see if you can
change the format of the date in Excel. Here's a list of date/time
formats Swivel supports right now:

Has that data format been added yet? Because just today I tried to
add a data set with dates in that format and it didn't work. Putting
the year first is part of lots of ISO standards, and is understood
across many countries. It would be nice if YYYY-MM-DD works as well.

This fix was deployed this past Monday. YYYY-MM-DD and YYYY-MM are both supported now.
