What kind of trouble were you having with this excel file? In upload?

Swivel doesn't understand Excel files yet. The easiest thing is to
copy the table in Excel and then go to Swivel Upload and paste the
table into the text area. You can also save this file as a comma-
separated file (CSV). In Excel, choose Save As... and select CSV from
the drop-down list of file types.
