I'm thinking this would be excellent for running a "biggest loser"
weight loss competition and could possibly easily manage all the
people within one area. Just a thought. Has anyone doe this? Trying to
figure out how to possibly do it through Swivel and found it difficult.

motoed,

This is a great idea about a contest!  We haven't heard it before.  It might actually be a bit difficult with Swivel right now.  You could create a 'biggest loser' group at Swivel and invite others to join then along with tracking the weights in a comparison graph, you could manually track the positions in a data set.  We'll talk about this idea with the team as we think more about opening up our platform for customization in 2008.

Thanks,
Brian

p.s. In case comparisons weren't obvious, here are the steps for comparing weight data from two people.

start with a graph about weight:
http://www.swivel.com/graphs/show/9335543

then click compare:
http://www.swivel.com/graphs/compare/9335543

then search for weight in the search box on the left, click on the weight data you want and then save the new graph like this:
http://www.swivel.com/graphs/show/23893547

As each user updates their data your comparison graph will automatically update.  You also change the graph from absolute to relative.
